ProNectiv must not be relied on to report, record or escalate a child-protection or safeguarding concern, and it is not monitored for emergencies. If a child is at risk, contact the emergency services (999 in the UK), your local authority children’s services, or the NSPCC helpline.
These terms are a contract between you and ProNectiv Ltd (company number 17359833, registered office 5 Brayford Square, London, E1 0SG, United Kingdom). By creating an account or using ProNectiv you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.
You must be at least 18 years old to hold a ProNectiv account. Children participate only through a household created and controlled by an adult owner; they do not hold their own independent account and may sign in anonymously without an email or password.
ProNectiv is a household organisation tool providing shared calendars and tasks, chore boards, school and health records, document storage, budget tracking, notifications and AI-assisted features. Features may change, be added or be withdrawn as the product develops.
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details, for keeping your credentials secure, and for all activity carried out under your account. Tell us promptly at privacy@pronectiv.com if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.
The household owner decides who is invited into the household and what each member, caregiver or child can see and do. You are responsible for those decisions, for the accuracy of what you record about other people, and for having the authority to share information about them — including any child in your household. Access you have granted can be reviewed and revoked at any time in household administration.
You must not:
You keep ownership of everything you upload or create in ProNectiv. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, transmit, display and process that content only to the extent needed to operate and support the service for you. That licence ends when the content is deleted, subject to the retention periods in our Privacy Policy.
AI features — including conflict detection, the weekly planner and newsletter summarisation — are provided on a best-efforts basis. We make no guarantee that their output is accurate, complete or suitable for your circumstances, and output is presented as a suggestion that you must review and confirm.
AI features are not a substitute for professional medical, legal or safeguarding advice, and must not be used for safety-critical decisions.
We aim to keep ProNectiv available and reliable, but we do not offer an uptime guarantee on the free tier. The service may be unavailable for maintenance, upgrades or reasons outside our control.
You may stop using ProNectiv and delete your household at any time. We may suspend or terminate access where these terms are breached, where use puts the service or other users at risk, or where we are required to do so by law. Where it is reasonable to do so, we will tell you first and give you an opportunity to put things right.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Subject to that, and to the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of data, or missed appointments, deadlines or events, and our total liability arising out of the service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or £100.
If you use ProNectiv as a consumer, your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and other consumer protection law are not affected by these terms.
We may update these terms as the service develops. The “Last updated” date at the top shows the current version, and we will give notice of material changes before they take effect.
These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any right you have as a consumer to bring proceedings in your local courts.
